We created these lovely halloween decorations using a scroll saw pattern. The scroll saw patterns came from our favorite website http://www.thewinfieldcollection.com/. We also painted the skulls with "glow-in-the-dark" paint, which can be found at Michael's (local craft store) for $6.99.
